Westwood ISD values the health and well-being of our students, staff and families and works throughout the year to promote healthy schools. We are blessed to have a Registered Nurse and two Licensed Vocational Nurses that act as caregivers, medical resources, and promoters of healthy schools.

Effective Thursday 08/29/2019:
The Transportation Department will go back to the 2018 -2019 Bus Schedule. Route 3 and Route 5 will be placed back in rotation and Route 15 will be deleted. 1111 Bassett Rd. will now be on Route 1 (Butterfly), driven by Mr. Moore.

During our suspension of operations, student learning continues to be a priority at WISD.  While the health and safety of our students, staff, and community remain our top priority, we also want to help our students to extend their learning as much as they can until the school can resume.

Westwood ISD Update

The District will continually monitor the developments of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) and will provide an update on the suspension of normal school activities no later than Noon on April 17.

The District will provide additional information concerning student meals by Noon on Friday, March 20.
